The information we collect

 We collect information about you when you access the LEGGANCE.RO website via online identifiers (cookies and IP addresses).

Policy. We collect information about you when you create an account on LEGGANCE.RO – surname, first name, email, telephone number.

We use this information to facilitate your access to the products on the Lensa.ro platform. The legal basis for processing is your legitimate interest in accessing the products on the site as easily as possible. The data is retained until you decide to close your account.

We collect information about you when you purchase products from our online shop – first name, surname, telephone number, email address, delivery address.

We use this information about you for all activities related to the processing, transmission and delivery of orders via the Lensa.ro platform. Delivery details are generally shared with the courier companies that transport the products you have ordered. The data is also used to fulfil tax obligations (issuing invoices, credit notes, returns, etc.). The legal basis for data processing in the context of an order is the electronic contract between the parties, which you can read in the Terms and Conditions section. For the issuing of invoices, the legal basis for processing is a legal obligation.


We collect information about you when you subscribe to our newsletter or when you give your consent to receive other types of marketing messages

When you subscribe to receive our newsletter or marketing SMS messages containing information about promotions, discounts, etc., we will process your email address or telephone number for this purpose. The legal basis for processing is your consent. We ensure that you have a simple option to unsubscribe at any time, either within the communication itself or by contacting us separately. When you unsubscribe, the newsletter will cease.

Access to data: IT service providers for our company (hosting and data storage) or providers to whom we outsource certain technical support services for our website or customer relationship management system providers; the provider of the email newsletter sending solution (Newsman); the provider of the telecommunications solution for SMS messages (SMS Pro - MerchantPro and/or Newsman.App); the competent authorities (following requests made in accordance with legal requirements).

The information requested for online payments is subject to the terms of use of the payment processors, and Leggance.ro (leggance.ro) will not request or store any details regarding your card.

Clause for Terms and Conditions / GDPR – right to erasure

LEGGANCE reserves the right to suspend or delete a customer’s account and remove the data associated with it, following prior notification, in any of the following situations:

  1. The customer uses abusive language, insults, threats or displays inappropriate behaviour towards LEGGANCE representatives.

  2. The customer makes unfounded or defamatory accusations, or accusations intended to cause reputational or material harm to the company.

  3. The customer breaches LEGGANCE’s Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to: misuse of services, attempted fraud, or inappropriate behaviour in the commercial relationship.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):

  • Data deletion will only take place after the customer has been informed, in compliance with legal obligations regarding the retention of certain accounting or tax data where required by law.

  • The customer will be notified by email of the account deletion and will have the opportunity to submit comments within the specified timeframe.

  • After deletion, personal data will no longer be used for any purpose, except where legislation requires its retention (e.g. tax documents).

LEGGANCE may refuse to provide future services to individuals who have breached the Terms and Conditions or engaged in offensive behaviour, in order to protect staff, customers and the integrity of the brand.
